Game messed me around!

I tried to apply for a contract on Tuesday (2013/03/26). Game staff photocopied my documents and told me to go to MTN & convert my number to prepaid, which I did. I came the next day (2013/03/27) to collect my phone, they had made my ID copy to light and need it back, which I did not have. I went back to my office, made a darker copy of my ID and faxed it to them and then returned to the store, only to be told that the advert (2013/03/24 - Sunday papers) was not loaded on their system and I had to come back the next day. I came back the following day (2013/03/28) only to be told that they were busy porting my (now prepaid) number and that it could take anything upto 7 days to port!!
So, here I am at the start of the long weekend, No BIS, BBM... etc, stuck loading airtime everyday, unable to collect my new phone, completely dissatisfied with this ridiculous service that I have received from this well known store.
