Send me to Red Square rather than assisting

I am an a regular shopper at Foschini and 3 times this week I have had an issue with your cosmetic sales people. Firstly in Gateway, the attitude of the person assisting was so bad - she was really not interested in helping me so I left and went to Ballito branch. When I asked whether they have YSL perfume in stock - 2 of the ladies said no... but try Red Square- R995 they are not interested in selling. I went to LaLucia mall and was astonished to find exactly the same response - try Red Square! Has Foschini purchased Red Square that all the staff are recommending that instead of trying to get me the perfume from Gateway - they rather just turn me away. It is really sad because your clothing retail assistants are wonderfully helpful but I am very disappointed in your makeup assistants.
