Foschini
Not wat I was told

Over the December time I went to Foschini in East London Mall to buy my wife a christmas present.

I asked the Lady abou the Perfume compilations they have. The one I was interested in was R550 then you get a box full of different Perfume samples. I asked the Lady how it works. She told me "You get all these samples, then you choose the one you want and then you go to any Foschini and choose the perfume you want out of the box"

When my wife opened her present, this wasn't the case. The box was full of samples, but you only get some discount coupons in the boks and you don't have to option to go and get a full perfume.

I feel that I was to and want to know what Foschini will to to correct this. If I knew that I was only going to get voucher with some discount, I would not have bought the product.
