How you look determines the kind of service you ge

I went into Foschini to purchase makeup and the service I got was disgusting. There were four staff members helping one gentleman in a suit, purchasing expensive perfume. I was literally ignored and not even one of them came over to ask if I needed assistance. The only reason why I was even noticed is because the open teller on the department side asked if there were anymore clients, one of the ladies assisting the gentleman responded, "no, paused and then said oh ya, there's a lady". Having said that, still no one came over to me or acknowledged me. The gentleman then paid at the cosmetics counter. I then enquired about a product which I was told was not available. But I saw none of them even check the stock to see if there was really none. The lady didn't even offer me an alternative. After that when I wanted to pay, I was told to go the department side. It seemed ridiculous to me cause I had to join that que, yet the man was assisted there. I got so upset cause its not the 1st that I've felt mistreated at this branch. They have a very elitis mindset and its disgusting
