Foschini
Very rude telle

I went to Foschini at Centurion mall on Tuesday morning to buy a perfume. I decide to buy the Diesel fuel for life. When I got to the till Tumi started shouting in Tswana/Sesotho for all to hear that why are the cosmetics guys sending a customer when they can see that shes working alone. I ignored her and continued to the counter to pay for my goods. She simply stared at me without even greeting me. I eventually mentioned to her that I would like to pay for the perfume and mentioned that I do not remember where I have place my Foschini car and pulled out a drivers licence as proof of identification. I have done this before at Foschini in Brooklyn mall not more than a month ago. She was very sarcastic and pushed the perfume towards before telling me that "you cant pay with that sweetheart" i kindly explained to her that I had done it before and she shouted saying "well we don't do it here sweetheart" no wanting to argue with her further and cause a scene i searched for my card and eventually found it and used it to pay. I all the years that I have been a customer at Foschini I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. I'm considering cancelling my account because of this.
