My account was paid up in 2011 and for the last 6 months been receiving statements that show that i owe. I have asked for a full recon and NOONE in the business has a clue on where to get it. I checked the financial transactions in the store and it clearly shows that some transactions were reversed a smispostings!! I have heard it with this company...

I regret ever opening an account with you... I will continue posting on this site and i am also taking my complaint to the media!!!

Both the store and Call centre have no idea of how the billing works. I am so disgusteddd.
