I had 3 transactions totalling to about R 50 000 go off my account a week or two ago.
I contacted the department and very soon afterwards they have reversed the 3 transactions.
They also stopped all my cards and ordered new ones.
I have not even fetched my new cards and today I learnt that the exact same 3 transactions have gone off my account. How is this possible??
Then, since 10:15 this morning I have been trying to get through to the department via the same number 0112411050 and they have been putting me through to the department but there is NO ANSWER.
It is now 14:38 and still I only get "all our consultants are currently busy" message. Is there THAT much at Standard Bank???
I need these transactions reversed and somehow no one seems to bother.
Someone - PLEASE help
I also have spoken to my Private banker and she has asked someone to get back to me but nothing...
( I am not blaming her - she has asked someone to look into it and they have not gotten back to me).
WHAT am I supposed to do???
