Hurry up and wait!

Let's start by complimenting the staff at the Kollenade Branch for their friendly service and helpful nature when purchasing my two new couches. And then swiftly moving along let start by complaining about feedback and general attitude of the staff at the Head Office or Factory. After waiting a month for the couches to be manufactured they finally arrived this week on Tuesday 26 March 2013. After delivery it was discovered that the Coriguard was not applied as asked. I phoned their head office asking when they would be able to come and apply the Coriguard understanding that mistakes do happen. I was surprised at their general lack of interest at their mistake and attitude of hurry up and wait, because we can't give you any sort of direct answer as to when the problem will be corrected. After no feedback on Tuesday or Wednesday my wife again contacted Tebogo and his manager Ryno for feedback. All apologetic we still do not have a date of when the Coriguard will be applied! And it does not help me when they say that the Coriguard is applied by a third party, you promote this in your stores so ultimately you are responsible!
