I bought a Sony car radio on the 19 october 2012 and the sound started giving me problems. I returned it on the 04 Jan 2013 to the service department. I have up to now still not received the system back. The service manager Bennie called and advised me on Friday it will be sorted within 24hrs. On Monday I called the store again as I had received no call, to be advised that Bennie was off. The other staff in the sales department passed the query round as no one could help me. Cheryl -lyne finally got back to me to advise the system is still in for repairs. Clearly the store is disorganised and there is no customer service. I have all the necessary documents, why do I just not get issued with a new system.
