We recently went to do some shopping. Imagine my surprise when i am told i cannot buy anything as i did not pay my full installment for the month!!! i did not receive a bill and just paid my account according to the previous installment and all this for a R20 difference!! And this is not the first time! What must i do if i do not receive the bill on time for me to make an accurate payment - the point is i did make payment on time! Why do not e-mail the bills so we dont depend on postal services! But whatever!

I will take my business elsewhere! Where it will be appreciated! You people can go to!!!
