UNDER DEBT REVIEW, STILL DEBITED - TWICE

I have been under debt review since 5 Feb 2013

Last night I had 2 debits from TFG (the foschini group), one for 170, one for 660. Phoning them this morning they accept that I am under debt review, have all of the relevant documentation, state that the debit order was blocked last month and then lifted this month. They refuse to refund the money stating that it has already been debited and is out of their hands and that it is MY responsibility to cancel the debit.

Last month they cancelled their own debit, and now I must suddenly cancel it again? They are in possession of form 17.2 which immediately bars them from deducting any monies from me and my account.

I want this matter dealt with, I expect this to be handled quickly and to receive a full refund.. I am tired of the utter incompetence found within this company.
