No response after 2 weeks from Customer (Don’t) Care

I was harassed by call centre staff for payment I already made. I sent their customer care department an email with regards to the unprofessional conduct and this was 2 weeks ago. No one responded to the complaint in any way. It is 2 weeks later and I have no choice but to make use of this service. The pre-legal department is very unprofessional and it seems as if the Customer care department is exactly the same. It's very sad to know that such a big company is capable of such bad service. I will not support Edgars any longer and I am encouraging everyone I come into contact with to do the same, even the reader reading this. There are other companies that really take care of their clients but from my experience I can safely say EDGARS don't! and it is a disgrace.
