I purchased a Packard bell laptop on 25/01/2013. The salesman advise us the anti virus program was a month free, the laptop used 500 meg in 3 hours. On the 28/02 i took the laptop back and he advised us the updates where turned on and he had now turned it off. On the 2/03 we noticed the screen showing ink signs and it switched off. On the 3/03 my wife took the laptop in and the same salesman assisted her. He looked at the laptop and advised it was physical damage and the rep would look at it on Thursday. He took down her phone number on a piece of paper and put it into the box. Why wasn't a repair note given to my wife? why must a rep look at the laptop and not a technician? Since the 02/02 we have not had a phone or any contact from Cna or the repair company. I own a tv repair company this surely isnt the manner we treat customers. I feel Cna should replace this unit as a 7 day exchange or refund my money.
