2 month old HP laptop - rebooting - swapout

HP 655 E2 laptop -faulty - purchased in November 2013 - 2.5 months old
Fault - laptop is rebooting
Contacted call centre twice - tried to resolve software side - no success - seems to be hardware error
Told to send laptop into Ensure IT repair centre - not acceptable - unit should be swapped
I am the reseller of the laptop & the client lives far from me, I spent hours on call to HP call centre - I was told to get the laptop from client & take into repair centre for repair - what is the CPA for???
HP im asking you to restore confidence in your brand & support after sale.
