Game Is Poorly Organised With Disgraceful Staff

On the 02/10/13 I purchased a Trojan Stepper, whilst my sister purchased a "My Sweet Love" doll. Upon trying to make use of the stepper, I found the LCD display to be faulty. I contacted Trojan directly (Ref-59587) & was told to take it back to the store for a replacement which I did yesterday morning. My niece was not keen on the doll, hence my sister decided to return it simultaneously. We get to the store at app 9am & are directed to Cust Services who astoundingly for a weekend have one staff assisting. Finally when I'm 'helped', I'm told to wait again for somebody from the sports division. Whilst we are waiting, my sister asks if the doll can be refunded in the interim, & is ignored. We are then given a voucher. On trying to redeem it, find that we are being given half of what we paid for the doll. Appalled I ask for assistance. Another long wait & we are told to go back to 'CHARMAINE' who then gives us another voucher and it's back to the till to cash it. An HOUR! that's what it took to get a refund, not to mention your advertised X6 coke was not available AND another equally rude staff NONHLAHLA NGOBO who has no etiquette. Not a single apology from your staff - Disgusting service!
