Harrassment over R30!

At the end of June I made a payment of R250, normally my installment is R240 and since I haven't bought much recently it should not have gone up. To find out that I underpaid by R30 and now I am constantly harrassed by Identity over R30?? You people should realise your phone calls and sms cost more than that! What's the worst is the call centre agents phoning me AFTER HOURS, asking me when I get paid and which store I will visit the following day to pay R30! Really you can't wait till the next time to get your R30?? Now they added another R30 and demand payment for that and end of July's installment immediately to avoid a bad credit record?? Well you can make a note that I will be closing my account soon once it's paid off. I've had ENOUGH of identity and their terrible service and administration! I have asked numerous times to receive statements via e-mail and still not getting it!
