Pleased with refund and attitude

My father purchased a "discontinued product" according to the manufacturer - from Incredible Connection. It was only 32bit compatible, and he has a 64bit system. I took the software title back to the Midlands Mall Incredible Connection ready to be told things like: "you can't return software, copyright issues, read the back of your till slip etc". I asked to speak to the manager (I confess I forget his name...) and he came right out, listened to my issue, realized what the problem was and took me over to the cashier where they took care of the problem without any messing around or excuses being made, I left with a full refund.

I was very impressed with the service received, and just wanted to commend that branch for sorting out my issue. Hopefully they will not sell titles that are so old in future though, unless there is a mark down and big red stickers on!
