Unacceptable attitude!! sick and tired of Game

I was a very loyal very old client of Game. I have 3 kids, all my baby stuff, my patio set, gas braai, TV's, fridge, cellfones... Etc... The list goes on and on, was purchased at Game. About 2 years ago - had isues with a compressor we bought. I vowed to never support Game again... Friday I phoned to find out if they have the Walka's that was om special, the man said yes. Saterday - drove from Springs just to buy the Walka. I had to find out there was only open boxes. The floor manager (Vusi-coloured guy) with a of a attitude was called. He said I shouldve asked for them to keep me one and that they will phone Lakeside to find out if they have. When I complained about driving there he said just pulled up his shoulders with serious attitude (take it or leave it). I was offered a discounted price for the open units, I declined. This mans attitude stinks and I was treated asif I was begging for scraps from his table!! Do not phone me or reply to this appologising for the service or what u will do in the future to prevent this or what HR/IR is planning against this person. I don't want to know. U wasted my time and money. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM U EVER AGAIN!!
