Poor customer serive

I am daily shopper at your Hidas Centre store and the following has been noted and even brought to the floor managers attention:

1. The shop staff are extremely rude, you never get a hello or good bye at the till points, however some of them get personal and ask you about your ethnicity? Very inappropriate and embarrassing.

2. Namibian Fresh Cream, on several occasions I had to return the product as upon returning home I discover it is spoilt. So can you imagine the inconvenience of driving all the way back from Luxury Hills.

3. Rolled Oats Checkers Brand, after opening and storing and a Tupperware Container it had weveals. I had no proof of payment so just threw it away.

4. The shop is in most instances very untidy and sometimes dirty.

5. The staff generally are very unfriendly and engage in conversations in their native language whilst serving customers.

You may ask yourself so why do I continue to shop there, well it is convenient and cheap so basically I do not have a choice.
