Two times rotten goods

I went to checkers to buy some light groceries, i bought a box of frys veggie patties which were very badly festered . i went back to the shop to return the product and they gave me another rotten one. not only were they unpleasant in their service but they continue to sell bad products, in fact i over heard one of the staff tell the manager that most of the food of one of isles was expired and a customer had complained about this.
you would think that the

something needs to be said to this shop, because if they value their customers their customers they would not be selling this kinds of junk to them. my mother also bought a box of tipex from then which was also past its sell by date and dried out.
i am furious to say the least and i think the least they can do is apologize for their shortcomings! i doubt i will ever go back to this shop.
