A shining STAR!

This is both a compliment and complaint
The service I received in the Brooklyn Edgars was pretty awful (two staff members could not even tell us where to find the socks)

BUT my shopping experience was saved by Charmonay, who not only helped us, she had a smile and a friendly attitude, such small things that go a long long way!

The rest of your staff should take a page out of Charmonay's book and she deserves a HUGE bonus :)
