Empty Promises from Isma (Head Office) Stuttaford

I contacted Head Office of Stuttaford on 22 March 2013, spoke to Isma (Afrikaans) about the problem. She promised to revert back to me today, Monday.

Well no feedback was received.

Further, I posted on Gap's FB wall, received answers in Afrikaans that a person will call me, still waiting.
