NO ANSWER AT THE BRANCH???

About two weeks ago I submitted my laptop for minor repairs to the DVD/CD rom which had to be replaced due to non-functionality.
The repairs department informed me that this will take about 2 weeks for repairs as the computer needs to be send in to Acer/Mecer. Great - one might think the problem is solved?
Now: Trying to contact the branch to enquire on this task? Not so easy. Nobody answers the phone EVER!
One would not actually expect the badboy attitude from this company.
So to the dear manager/CEO/department manager of this company, you guys utterly friggen! Nobody even bothered to inform me of the status of this repairs requested since the day I sent in the computer. No phone call yet. And yes - they have a telephone - so try friggin answer it. I want feedback and my computer as I am paying for the service. Today!!!
