I just had the worst service ever! I went to Makro to buy a camera. I decided on one, and the staff assured me there is stock available. I went to pay for the camera, and when the staff bought it out, the seal of the box is open. I queried this, and they just told me they dont know why? I looked at the camera and could clearly see finger prints on the lens and on the camera, so the camera has been used. I refuse to accept this, as it is not a new camera which I am paying for. They did a refund, and now they tell me the refund will take up to 3 days to be in my account? They take my money NOW and expect me to wait 3 days for my return cause they didnt know their stock levels! This is really ridiculous and I will not shop at Makro again! Warning to all customers to make sure that there is stock available and in your hands before you pay for anything!
