Name not cleared from ITC, account settled

I communicated with Lianne and Mari, they promised that I will receive the letter of settlement which I did receive after waiting for weeks, they then promised to update with the ITC so I can have my name removed from there, Today after 5 months since they promised to remove my name, i discovered that it still reflects the same amount that I owed them and settled in the past 10 months (almost a year). I am very disappointed with their service
