STILL WAITING FOR MY SETTLEMENT LETTER

I settled my account end of September and asked for the settlement letter because I needed to use it some where else as proof that I have settled my account, they promised to send it but I havent received it, I've been calling the head office almost every week, they keep on promising to email it but nothing is happening. Yesterday I went to Randburg branch, they called the head office and I spoke to Zanele from customer care who promised to send the letter yesterday but I did not receive it. I am not very happy because they are delaying my other personal matters because of their BAD SERVICE.
