Refusal to provide price check

I went to Pick n Pay Norwood Mall on Sunday 24 March 2013 at around 1PM to buy an Xbox game. I found the game, but the price was not marked on the shelf. I went to the cashiers in the audio-visual department (two were there, a man and a woman), and asked for a price check. The man told me to go "around the corner" to use the self- pricechecker. I couldn't find it, so I left the product, and walked out in disgust.

The laziness that those people exhibited is shocking. They could have either checked the price on their on systems, or assisted me in getting a price.
