Name not cleared from ITC - account paid off

I am sick and disgusted by the behaviour and that these edgars consultants always tell to us as consumers just to get away with their bad deeds and non competence of sum of their employees. I am shocked that an account paid off in June 2012 still appears on ITC as owing, after speaking to one of the consultants who respond to Hellopeter complaints, she admitted that the R341 that appeared after I had long settled my account with them was a mistake and promised to remove it as a matter of urgency, after 5 months having spoken to her I discovered that the R341 still appeares and its affecting my scoring badly as I need to buy a house for my family. just because of a number of people who dont do their job we should all suffer. here is my ref number: 1110120208/GO
