Price 'n Pride

Dear Peter

Last year October I received a call from a Price n Pride consultant. Enquiring on an overdue balance from a person loan account that they claimed was initially opened by me. I then explained to the consultant that I have never opened a personal loan account with them not even a credit account. They confirmed my I'd no and names to be correct but I still denied the credit. She suggested that I should open a case if I reaaly don't know anything about the account. I opened a case and further visited their offices in town. I managed to get the details of the account holder where the money was transferred into by the shop. They had promised to action my matter urgently, but to date they have not done anythin.they don't even call me I have to alwys drive to the branch for feedback. I have visited their offices norte then 5times as they keep on saying I should wait. This month my home loan application was declined due to this only reason. Please assist me, I'm really sad nd especially because I feel they hve enough information to help me. I some how feel they are involved in this. I need my them to clean up my name from ITC.
