Loan opened in my name

The very first call i received from bridge loans was that my account has been handed over to the attorneys as i have failed to make payments on my loan, i highlighted that i knew nothing about a bridge loan. I requested proof and they said they can't give it to me as they have handed it over this was last year. the lady even went to my workplace to look for me as is i was running away from them. got a call from "the lawyer" who promised to call me back and has never done that. i am the one now busy calling and going to the branch to inquire. I am shocked at the level that this matter is being held. i have tried to get information and proof of this account and still nothing. yet they want me to resend my details. how can i send them my details when they were able to open a account in my name. next time i will hear that i owe hundreds of thousands. worse of all no one could tell me who was the consultant that apparently assisted me to open the account.
