Incredible Connection
Still Awaiting Repayment

I purchased a racing wheel stand on Sat 5 Dec 13 to the value of R1499.95, on conditions that my racing wheel and pedals fitted onto the stand. This was not the case, and I returned the stand to the branch on Sun 6 Dec. They accepted my return, and said that my refund would be returned to my credit card by Wed 09 Dec 13. Incredible Connection are quick to take my money but very slow to credit my account when monies need to be returned. My refund has not yet been received and am utterly dissappointed.
