Homemark rip off customers

If homemark call you tell them you are not interested.thuli or something from homemark called me and told me the computer has selected me to get tablet by just paying R3000 for a R7000 tablet I told her i will call them when i have the money.but the next day R3000 WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.they rip off unsuspecting customers by making you buy what you dont want.their business practices is unlawfull.they practice illigal tactics.consumer council must take actions against them.on the 28/09/2012 they sold me a GPS for R2400 nd took my money but they did not deliver it and they dont want to refund my money.can somebody help me to deal with dis haeynas.they still from customers
