Quick to debit credit card, but slow to credit it!

On 6 Jan i bought an article from Incredible connection and returned it on 7 Jan as it was not compatable with my system. My credit card was used to reverse the transaction, but as yet (17Jan) the amount has not been paid back into my account! Sad state of affiars as they claim it is a global problem currently! Incredible connection blame FNB as there is supposed to a global problem wrt transferring of funds. Who am I to believe while my funds are still outstanding???
