Pathetic & Disgusting Customer Service

I bot clothes on 09/03/2013 frm Mr Price 4 R2400, when i got home i needed to return a few of them because they ddnt fit, i did that @ Centurion Mall without a hassle and bought more clothes, then i left for Jbg and asked my son to return the jean and shirt, he had the sale receipt and the goods still the way they left the store, Attlyn branch refused to refund because he ddnt have the debit card that i paid with,
how come their T's & C's only mention a sales receipt not a debit card? why must i b inconvenienced afta spending so much in their store? as i was in JBG i tried calling 0123734046 without an answer till i phoned their otha brnch in Qwagga, the managress there was willing to help problem was that they were closing at 14:00 & it was already 1:30, why list a landline if you not going to answer?
I sent my son there cause it was the closest brnch, believe u me in Dec i went there & i sweard i wont set my foot in there, we had a long queue with only 1 teller helping, the rest of them in the hub chewing gum in front of us and busy packing clothes, i gave them benefit of doubt then but they have prooved to lack customer service skill, i regret spending my money on this store
