Can't help - manager day off

Bought a pair of wedges, had it on once, strap broke and heel of shoe came loose. Wen't to the store to change the shoe's, CAN'T HELP ME, THE MANAGER IS OFF FOR THE DAY! How pathetic! You can buy when the manager is not there, but your problems can't be sorted out!! So why not just close the store if the manager is not there? Phoned head office to lay complain, can only help Tuesday!! I think your service is absolutely pathetic!!
