Chewy cheesecakes

Ought two cheesecakes at spar cape quarter on wednesday evening.to take to friends, when i got to function, the cheesecakes when served were both chewy!!! and to a point where pieces of gelatine were taken out from the cheesecake, and the pieces cut... what a bad experience... stiff chewy cheesecake.. spoilt the evening. clearly far to much gelatine, that was not even properly mixed into the cake.
