Today i went to Makro to buy a fan for the office. There were no stock.

Kobus came to help me after i was upset. He is the nicest sales person and offers great customer service to clients. He is friendly and very customer cofused.

Makro, you can be proud that a person of this calibur is one of your staff. He will satisfy any upset customer and he knows what customer service is about.
