Sunglass Hut
Two and a half month's wait without lenses!

I ordered nearly R4, 000 in polarized lenses from the Atholl Square branch of Sunglasses Hut on the 30th of October, 2012. After a month of no contact, I called the store to be told the lenses hadn't arrived, but I would be notified. I called again on the 11th of January 2013 to be told they were busy, but would look for the order and call me back the same day - no such response materialised. On Monday the 14th of January 2013, I called the store again to be informed that despite the quote for the order existing, no order was placed and in fact it could not be placed at all. I have a signed and dated quote from Sunglasses Hut for this order. Despite having purchased every single pair of my, my fiance's and family's glasses from them before this (in total over 8 pairs ranging in cost from R1, 200 to over R3, 000), I can no longer recommend them nor shall I use them.
