Last year november after i have received the couches i realised that those couches they also have a problem i contacted the krugersdorp branch to notify them as they were the ones exchanged them for me and they promised to send someone to my place to check them and they never did, i cant remember the dates well but this january i went back to the branch to check whats going on and they told me the person i reported this matter on the first time she is no longer working there and the lady who works there promised to do everything to make sure that those couches are fixed, she even told me that the warranty is finished and i told her that i did report this before it expired. on the week of the 5th march she called and told me that they will send someone last week tuesday on the 24 march 2013 which they never did

i am requesting joshua doore to come and pick up their couches i dont want them anymore, how can you buy something so expensive and you dont enjoy it.
