Terrible service

The assistants at the Mac cosmetics counter is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer services. This is not the first complaint i have made the first time i have spoken to their manager and it seems as if still nothing has changed. The ladies are unhelpful and looks as if it is an absolute chore to help out a customer, they always seem to only be concerned with eachother and putting on their own make up befre helping the client out. i bought up to R390 worth of cosmetics and there was not even mention of perhaps getting my make up done when i know that if you spend over R350 they should do that and at he time there were no other clients. Something should really be done about the service its appalling and thats why many people choose to use other cosmesics from differnt companies.
