VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

HI since i have complained about geen n richard they have contacted me ones and promised to call me back but even now i dont have nothing to sit on my house is empty and i have paid a lot of money on their damaged good. this company is not fair to their clients.how long will it take for them to replace my goods.i mean they sold me damaged goods.
