I saw the ads for the hair replacement, it looked so natural and full of promises. It will not be visible, not even you mother would tell it is not your own hair, your hairline would look went for the consultation, they took a hair sample, made a template. I was just to glad to have hair again. To my utter dismay, they stuck a toupee on my head, they said it would be so thin and no-one will know. It looked like roadkill on my head. It felt so weird, like my head is 5 centimetres bigger. Felt strange when i slept. Next day i had to go back to hear how it is maintained. Then i learned that the hairline had to pull off and put new double sided tape on every second day. They said it is only serviced once a monthy and your existing hair can grow through, it looked exactly like a wig, where the hair parted the material was white, my scalp was not visible at all. R9000 later I removed the thing myself and shaved my hair. I was so mad, phoned them and they said sorry i should have read the T&C's nothing they can do about it. When finished I said i am not happy, the hairdresser asked the secretary what she thinks, She replied did you have your hair permed? Like no-one noticed the ROADKILL!
