I have always trusted Woolworths as being a reputable company that provides good service. My recent experience with them has been anything but such. Six weeks ago I ordered two cushions to be delivered to your waterfront brach, each week I have been following up to enquire where my cushions are and no one can ever help me. I think they have re-ordered the cushions three times for me. I had to personally drive to the store as no one would return my phone calls, where they again ordered the cushions. Last week on another trip to follow up I waited to speak to a manager for over 30 minutes, I eventually left. Today when i went to the store, my cushions had been waiting for me BUT they were in the wrong colour! Please let me know what you are going to do about this.
