No Phone Service!

Today I called at least 3 times to place a simple macaroon order. I asked for the bakery who then asked me to hold for 3 or 4 different people. With the last person they had me waiting on line for about 2-3 min while they were talking to other people... with no explanation as to why I'm waiting.
I put down and tried again. Again, I was sent from pillar to post to place my order.
Eventually, they put me through to someone who said the guy just left, I'll put you back to bakery and ask for Sidwell. Bakery then proceeded to pick up the phone and without saying a word put it back down in my ear!! I phoned to speak to the gm and again I am waiting almost 5 min for a simple "hello"!!
