I want my cake!!! incompetent staff

On saturday the 12th i went into your store and placed an order for a mickey mouse cake at your bakery with Simone'. i paid for the cake in full. the order was placed for today @ 4. i just called your store now to confirm my order and they told me they never knew about my order WHICH I HAD PAID FOR FULL because it wasnt placed in the proper order book.. now listen to me very carefully Checkers N1 City. i paid you, i dont care if whoever wrote it in the wrong book, thats not my problem. i want my cake, there will be to pay if you up my sons birthday. if i knew you bakery staff was that incompetent then i would have gone to another branch, you better sort out this!! very of right now!!!
