Poor Customer Service in Bakery

I went to the Bakery around 16h30. There were 3 female staff in the bakery, all of which glanced at me, and continued their business, I waited a few more seconds to be aknowledged. I was the only customer. Eventually I asked if one of them could assist me. I got no response, some exchanged glances between the 3 staff, and a few words in Zulu amongst themselves. Then the one approached the counter very slowly, then proceeded to look towards her far right for imaginary customers that she could serve before me, when clearly I was the only one there. I eventually had to tell her, NOBODY else was there, so she could'nt avoid serving me, She didnt apologise, served me up SULLENLY, NO thank you, nothing. Your store is an iconic brand, your Bakery service is SHOCKING!! There should be no power play between the customer and the person serving. We are there to order the goods, pay and leave. They are there to serve with a greeting and be friendly. Unfortunately I didnt get the names of all three culprits, just the last name of the one who I had the misfortume of being served by. Her badge was hidden under her apron. Please investigate and revert back to me
