Checkers mayville pretoria really bad service

I went to Checkers hyper at mayville mall on 14 November 2013 to place a order at the bakery for koek sisters to be collected 15 November 2013.
On arrival in the shop on 14 November there were a bad odor at the bakery after getting a explanation from the bakery manager that they are working on the su rage drain directly under the bakery floor the manager ran around and got candles to make the smell go away.
Our order were placed at the bakery manager.
On the 15 I got to checkers Mayville wanting to collect the goods for my function. No one at the bakery knew about my order. I went to the office and spoke to a floor who paged the bakery manager. Waiting 10 min she phoned him. He told her that he forgot about the order and I have to wait for 30 to get it. I explained that I stay 30 km from mayville and can not wait 30 min. The lady floor manager said to him on the phone in front of me (the client) "o ok then we lose another client" this is really bad service for any client to go thru. And what client service is it to speak like this in front of a client.

I spoke to a health inspector and he said it is not allowed to work on or in drains were the ou dour comes in contact with food
