I have a complaint about Lewis in Nigel. I bought a bed last year sometime in September 2012. The offer was to get a free comforter set and I got charged to get my bed covered with scotch guard. I asked to get the bed the same day because I slept on the floor. I moved out of my house. To this date I haven't received the comforter or the scotch guard that they were supposed to come and do at my house. I since moved to Alberton. Every time I phone and try to speak to the manager she/he is busy/not there or on leave and I leave my details but I never get called back. I spoke to another lady in the payments dept. She said she would speak to the area manager and ask them to call me back, which also never happened. I demand for them to credit me for the scotch guard and I want my comforter set. The insurance is R188 p/m on my bed and I went there on Saturday to give them my insurance that I have on my house contents. They must credit this to me in full for the whole period! The lady just put my papers in her drawer and I can promise you that it will stay in her drawer and nothing will get done about it. Please assist
