Battery back up system

In short i bought a battery back up system from Solar Converters in December 2012. The system must operate my scale, biltongcutter, till and fan. They supplied me a system after the requirements was made clear. The system could not operate the biltong cutter because its to weak to start it up. I contact Annatjie and she was wiling to swop the inverter unit and I must make an additional payment. After a while she let me know that the additional payment would be approxmitly R1900 after the intial payment of R7500 for the system. She was informed that i was not prepared to spend that much and that she must come and take the system and refund me, which never happend. She promised to swop the unit at her own cost i must give her a month which i did. I try to resolve the matter by getting info from the people she reffered me to without any success.
