DO NOT HAVE THE CODE FOR A SPECIAL DEAL

I herby state that I am not unhappy with the branch here at Klerksdorp but rather with the main enterprise itself.

On Saturday 16 March 2013 I journeyed to HI FI Corpororation in Klerksdorp. I wanted to take out the special deal of a 2gb galaxy note contract of R299 per month. A special deal offered and advertised on your website.

The staff here were helpful and I was assisted in a short time.
After I filled in all the forms etc and the deal was approved, the staff member informed me that the needed code for the spesific deal was not "generated" yet and that they had not yet received that code from the main office and could therfore not hand me the tablet due to the lack of the individual code. She informed me that she will contact head office and that they would furnish the branch with the needed code for the special deal.

I therefore did not receive my tablet, and waited untill today, Monday 18 March.
I called the branch this morning and they informed me that still they had not received the needed code from main office.

I am shocked that there are branches who do not have the needed codes to help their clients attain a deal that has been active since 7 March.
